Dear Members,
In the next few days, you will receive an email from the club inviting you to renew your membership. Membership packages are also listed on our website www.hoylaketennisclub.co.uk for your information. The new season begins on April 1st, 2024, and runs through to March 31st, 2025, offering us all the chance to enjoy a variety of playing opportunities, and maybe some tips from our excellent coaching team.
You will be pleased to know that despite ongoing inflationary pressures your committee has been able to maintain annual 2024/25 fees at the 2023/24 levels. Additionally, we have introduced a Direct Debit facility which gives you an alternative payment option for the Senior, Couples and Family membership categories. There is an 8% fee on this facility which reflects bank interest and administration costs.
Your email informs you of the amount due according to your category of membership or in the case of Juniors and infants, your child/children’s membership. The email will take you through choosing your method of payment if you are renewing membership or guiding you to register and then to payment if you are a new member.
Please ensure subscription payments are made by 31st March 24. The task of collecting and reconciling payments is made considerably easier if members chose an online payment option, your help in this would be greatly appreciated.
We are proud of our membership of which you are a valued part, there are lots of improvements planned to make your experience even more enjoyable throughout 2024/5. If however, you have decided not to renew your membership please contact me to discuss options or remove you from our register.

Notes
Ages are taken as at 1st April.
Members aged 70 years plus and have been continuous members for 25 years are invited to apply for veteran membership.
The subscriptions shown include the Players Compulsory levy which the Club pays annually to the LTA for each member.
Playing subscriptions include free entry to the Club Open, Handicap and Veterans tournament events.
Family membership – a package consisting of playing membership for 2 parents and any number of children who qualify for Infant, Junior, Intermediate or Student membership.
Direct Debit payments on the 3 categories listed are now possible (12 payments * inc 8% admin charge).
If payment is not received by 30th April there is a late payment fee as stated above.
Subscriptions for new members joining during the season will be reduced by 50% after 30th June and by 75% after 31st August.
