Please be aware that if teams are not given in on time or a player is not available when called then sets will be lost.
NB There is no grace time.
1. For finals day: At least 15 minutes before the start of play the event organiser is to be given (on a card provided) the player names for each event which can then NOT be changed for any reason. Substitutes are not allowed.
2. There will be a draw for the order of events (1-7). The 1st 3 events will then draw for court number and start play. Once all 3 events have been completed events 4 – 7 will go on in the order drawn. If one event is taking much longer than the other 2 events 4-7 may go on before event finished
3. If an event has not been completed on schedule and the result has been decided then the play may be stopped. However if there are courts available it may continue but may be on a different court. If play cannot be completed on the day it will be played at the same time the next week at the same venue if available. If not available then at one of the clubs venues (draw lots) at the same scheduled start time.
