Claudia is hosting a Latin themed charity night at HLTC on 20 May 2023 from 7.30 pm with dance lessons in Salsa and Bachata, party games and food. All proceeds go to Stick and Step charity. £15 pp RSVP directly to Claudia on 07809 735 716.
We have been able to change the time that court bookings open on ClubSpark for 7 days ahead, from midnight to 07:00. E.G. Booking for Saturday 6th May will open at 07:00 hrs on Saturday 29th April This will come into force from tomorrow, Saturday 29th April
Congratulations go to our new table tennis second team, who, in their first season in the Wirral League have won two of the main trophies, the Bill Lowe Shield and the coveted Hepple Cup! On bank holiday Monday 1st May is a Wirral league team vs Liverpool league team at Blundellsands Tennis club. Play starts from 10.30am. It will be a mix of open men & ladies and vets matches, refreshments on the day, a great spectacle. Some of our Hoylake members will be playing including our Head Coach
We are still have vacancies on the committee. Clubspark administrator currently held by Liz Towersey, is still a vacant role. We have looked at splitting this role into 2 parts; membership liaison officer and court bookings administrator. Liz will be retiring on May 7 so there will no one ongoing to arrange court bookings etc.
Just a gentle reminder for members who are yet to pay their 2023-24 subscriptions which were due by 31 March 2023. After 30 April the late payment surcharge will apply as follows: Adult playing Member £36 Couple. £64 Family
For those people doing the teas on Sundays please arrive on time to serve the teas from 4pm. Tea, coffee, sugar and squash will be in the kitchen but you need to bring milk. It is up to you what you make but the usual is sandwiches and cakes. The cost of items depends on
Congratulations to the Hoylake A team for finishing top of the Wirral Tennis Div 1 Open league with a clean sweep winning all 14 match days! Well done to David Callanan for captaining a strong side for HLTC and the players, regulars and recently new to the team, on a great result! Hoylake B team
We have always prided ourselves on providing a family atmosphere at Hoylake LTC and Sunday afternoons were always a great success at combining junior and adult tennis. Recently it has become more of a Seniors Social afternoon but following the fantastic turnout for our Family Day on April 2nd we are hoping that the family
